In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic activities in case of incidents or disruption
- Perform maintenance and evolution activities on customers' AWS cloud infrastructures
- Work on open tickets from customers and internal teams related to incidents or change requests
- Monitor alarms and metrics of customers' infrastructures
- Ability to design highly reliable, scalable, resilient and secure architectures using the services offered by AWS
- Implement solutions while reducing manual operations as much as possible by treating the Infrastructure as if it were code
- Believe in the principles of the DevOps movement and adopt them when working as a team
- +5 years'experience in DevOps roles, 3 years' experience on AWS
- Experience designing and implementing distributed and microservice architectures
- Knowledge of one or more cloud providers (primarily AWS but also Google or Azure)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Bash, Python, etc)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure Automation systems (Terraform, Cloudformation, Ansible, etc)
- Experience with CI/CD techniques and methods for software release
- Expertise in container-based infrastructure
- Knowledge of leading orchestrators (Kubernetes, ECS)
- Familiar with technical English
