Solid understanding of standard computer science concepts required;
Knowledge of personal computers, relevant operating systems, applications, and/or languages required;
Knowledge of personal computer architecture and networking required;
Solid understanding of technical support issues required;
Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level;
Strong communication, problem solving, and technical writing skills; excellent customer service and support skills required. Programming and debugging skills preferred;
Associates degree in a technical field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Essential Experience:
Monitors and maintains Windows Server operating system and additional server components;
Monitors and reviews system logs and detects and troubleshoots problems;
Experience in troubleshooting technical problems involving software and operating systems;
Solid knowledge on Active Directory and Active Directory administration and troubleshooting - Authentication protocols (NTLM, Kerberos), etc.;
Azure Active Directory / Office 365 and overall Cloud Services;
Solid foundation and background in several Microsoft products and technologies.
