The position can be based in São Paulo or Itu (Brazil), the candidate should have experience in the food industry, with focus on B2B sales-oriented companies and should have a solid commercial knowledge.
The professional will join an already stablished team of 20 people and will report to the Regional Commercial Head (South America).

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve the sales budget of his area. In order to do get that, he will have to work with the rest of the Commercial Team and other departments of the Company (both local and corporate)
  • Drive evaluation of new strategic partnerships
  • Identify and develop potential new businesses
  • Work with Corporate Commercial team on strategic initiatives around products & services as well as market growth
  • Provide financial analysis, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential partnerships Suggest the best strategy to approach different potential clients in his area.

Escolaridade mínima: Ensino Superior Completo

Requisitos

Ability to negotiate, organize and manage. - Ability to create, develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners - Possess strong business acumen, and be results oriented. - Skills to establish good working relationships.

Management skills:
Provide financial analysis, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential partnerships and deals. - Steadiness and capacity to manage projects. - Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to impose change, take initiative - Business development, constantly searching for new opportunities for improvement. - Interpersonal skills in both internal and external relations.

Technical abilities:
Excellent analytical skills, - Meticulous attention to detail, with ability to build reports and presentations that frame findings and conclusions effectively. - Knowledge of the food industry - Solid experience in a commercial role. - High industry acumen, with knowledge of the food industry’s regulation, norms governing this environment etc.


High level of English, knowledge of Spanish will be a plus.
