Within our program, we offer two distinct opportunities. You can choose to join either the Financial Control & Accounting (FCA) team or the Volvo Trucks team! Check out the requirements for each one:
Graduate Program – FCA
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide support to our Shared Services Center (India/Poland) in executing financial routines.
- Perform financial activities related to payments, bank reconciliation, cash flow, and bank relationship management.
- Handle customer, supplier, and employee service activities.
- Prepare managerial financial reports using data visualization platforms - BI (Business Intelligence).
- Actively participate in improvement projects focusing on data analysis, digitalization,and process automation.
Graduate Program – FCA
Required Skills:
- Ability to work in multicultural teams (India and Poland).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of Data Analytics and/or Business Intelligence tools (Power BI).
Desirable:
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or Controlling.
- Experience with any programming language.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate…).
- Knowledge of Lean philosophy.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, IT, or relatedfields.
- Fluent in English.
