The Business Development Manager will work in our Downstream & Chemicals group, focused on developing new accounts in these industries across the US. As a BD Manager you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting proposals and closing sales. You will also work with senior leadership on defining business plans and strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales activities aligned with company strategies.
  • Prospect clients aligned with Radix's strategy.
  • Develop Business Plans for strategic targets.
  • Qualify sales leads.
  • Interface with Legal to negotiate contracts.
  • Negotiate commercial aspects of contracts.
  • Manage a portfolio for clients.
  • Follow up on the proposals generated.
  • Generate opportunities pipeline.
  • Understand the needs for each client.
  • Develop technical proposals.
  • Ensure the appropriate approval levels for each type of proposal.
  • Identify development needs and training for the team.
  • Define objectives and goals for the team, in a clear and practical way.
  • Support the board with the necessary information and indicators.

Escolaridade mínima: Ensino Superior Completo

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Business Development experience.
  • Basic knowledge of software, automation, and engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Downstream and/or Chemicals industries.
  • Experience in Technology or Engineering Services companies.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
