Our important client, a technology company, is currently seeking:

 

PRE-SALES ENGINEER

 

Provide technical advice and support to the sales team to push the client portfolio expansion, leading training initiatives aimed at existing clients to strengthen relationships and encourage loyalty.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate solution demand, maintaining open communication with the sales team and clients. Additionally, responsible for comprehensive exploration and guidance of demand.
  • Identify and gather pre-sales plan issues, analyzing demand post-client interaction and offering viable solutions that meet their needs.
  • Enhance product plan selling points, establish promotion goals, and oversee plan implementation in the regional market.
  • Conduct product solution training for sales technicians and clients at the representation office.
  • Draft product and solution proposals for users, analyzing technical aspects and addressing questions to ensure proper equipment functioning.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning activities as per specified site or project requirements.
  • Ensure safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to meet performance standards outlined in the project program.
  • Provide technical support, investigate and troubleshoot issues, diagnose and repair faults promptly.

Escolaridad mínima: Profesional Completo

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in networks and telecommunications or related fields
  • 2-3 years of work experience in the security industry preferably or in CCTV, IT, networks, telecommunications, computers, or related fields.
  • Advanced English proficiency (essential)
  • IT skills, computer networks, CCTV installation
  • Willingness to travel (essential)
